Product Overview
AP-KJ380-Y is an 802.11ax dual RF general-purpose outdoor wireless access point (AP) product launched by Anpson for outdoor scenarios such as general education, small and medium-sized enterprises, energy, commerce, government, and healthcare.
AP-KJ380-Y supports protocols such as 802.11ax, 802.11 ac Wave2, 802.11 ac Wave1, and 802.11n. Adopting a hardware independent dual RF design, the entire machine can provide a maximum access rate of 2.4Gbps; When operating in 2.4G+5G mode, the entire machine can provide a maximum access rate of 1.775Gbps, and high-speed wireless allows performance to no longer become a bottleneck.
This product fully considers important factors such as wireless network security, radio frequency control, mobile access, quality of service assurance, seamless roaming, and expansion of Internet of Things modules. It cooperates with Anpson wireless controllers and RG-WIS products to complete wireless user data forwarding, security, access control, and Internet of Things application expansion.
AP-KJ380-Y adopts an IP68 protection grade housing design, which is suitable for use in harsh outdoor environments, effectively avoiding adverse outdoor weather and environmental impacts, and can highly adapt to the harsh requirements of equipment in cold weather in the north and humid weather in the south, reducing the difficulty of installation and maintenance.
The product can support local power supply or Ethernet power supply mode, and can be flexibly selected according to the customer's on-site power supply environment; At the same time, AP-KJ380-Y supports built-in omnidirectional antenna, multi-hop, and point-to-point bridge functions, which can meet the requirements of outdoor wireless Wi Fi network coverage and outdoor networking under most environmental requirements.

Multi service port design
AP-KJ380-Y supports dual gigabit Ethernet ports for uplink, namely, gigabit Ethernet electrical ports and gigabit Ethernet optical ports.
The maximum speed of the adaptive Ethernet electrical port and the adaptive Ethernet optical port can both reach 1Gbps, ensuring high-speed transmission of business data between wireless and wired.

AP-KJ380-Y adopts a dual RF design and a new generation of Wi Fi wireless standard 802.11ax protocol; Dual RF is enabled simultaneously, with a high-speed wireless rate of up to 2.402Gbps, bringing a high-speed and complete experience.
● OFDMA high-density user access
AP-KJ380-Y supports the OFDMA function of the 802.11ax standard, dividing the WLAN channel into multiple narrower subchannels, with each user occupying one or more subchannels. Through AP scheduling, multiple users can receive and send messages simultaneously, reducing competition and backoff between users, reducing network latency, and improving network efficiency.
In high-density deployment and access environments, the average rate of a single user can be up to four times that of 802.11ac.

A large number of new energy-saving technologies have been applied to the AP-KJ380-Y, including single antenna standby technology, dynamic MIMO power saving technology, enhanced automatic power saving transmission technology, and packet by packet power control technology. Combined with high-performance power supply design, the AP-KJ380-Y provides high-speed wireless access while easily saving power.
● Intelligent identification function
Support intelligent terminal identification, and be able to identify intelligent mobile terminals such as iOS and Android as well as PCs. Linkage with Anpson's RG-WIS system enables visual wireless network management based on wireless terminal types, as well as one-click network optimization.
Flexible WDS networking mode
The AP-KJ380-Y product supports WDS (Wireless Distributed System) technology and can provide AP coverage or wireless bridges. At a distance of 3KM, high-performance wireless bridging can be completed. At the same time, it also supports the point-to-point (CPE application scenario) bridge function, making wireless networking more flexible. It meets the network requirements of outdoor wide range wireless coverage and long-distance high-speed wireless interconnection, and flexibly solves the problem of outdoor wireless deployment.
● Intelligent local forwarding
AP-KJ380-Y inherits Anpson's intelligent local forwarding technology, breaking through the traffic bottleneck limitations of wireless controllers. With the cooperation of the Anpson wireless controller, the data forwarding mode of the AP-KJ380-Y product can be flexibly preconfigured. Based on the SSID name or user VLAN, it is determined whether to forward through the wireless controller or directly enter the wired network for data exchange.
Through local forwarding technology, data that is delay sensitive and requires high real-time transmission can be classified and forwarded through wired networks, which can greatly alleviate the traffic pressure of wireless controllers and better adapt to the requirements of high traffic transmission in 802.11ax networks.
● Rich quality of service assurance (QoS)
AP-KJ380-Y has a wealth of quality of service (QoS) guarantees, supports bandwidth limitations in multiple WLAN/AP/STA modes, and supports WMM (Wi Fi Multimedia) that defines priorities for different business data. It truly realizes the timely, quantitative, and smooth application of video and audio transmission to ensure multiple coal bodies.
The multicast to unicast technology supported by AP-KJ380-Y solves the problem of packet switching and large latency resulting in unsmooth video in multicast applications such as video on demand in wireless networks, improving the experience of multicast video services in wireless networks.

● User level security access
AP-KJ380-Y supports multiple user access authentication methods such as Web, 802.1x, MAC address, and local authentication for customers to choose from. Not only that, AP-KJ380-Y supports the AnpsonGSN (Global Security Network) global security network solution. A standardized network access control system strictly defines network access from multiple levels, including user access, authorization, host compliance, network behavior monitoring, and network attack prevention. Through this control, the construction concept of "authentication upon access, and security upon access" is realized.
● Flexible virtual AP technology
Through virtual wireless access point (Virtual AP) technology, AP-KJ380-Y can provide up to 32 virtual APs; Each RF card can provide a maximum of 16 virtual APs. Network management personnel can separately encrypt and isolate subnets or VLANs using the same SSID, and can flexibly configure separate authentication methods and encryption mechanisms for each SSID.
● Wireless security protection
Cooperating with the Angson integrated network management system RG-SNC and RG-WS series wireless controllers, the AP-KJ380-Y has a series of wireless security protection functions such as WIDS (Wireless Intrusion Detection), radio frequency interference positioning, rogue AP countermeasures, ARP spoofing prevention, DHCP security protection, and fundamentally builds a truly safe and reliable wireless network for users.
● Multiple ease of use authentication methods
By pairing with the Anson authentication system or multi service AC, it supports multiple efficient and convenient authentication methods such as non awareness, SMS, and QR code visitors.
Wireless users access the network through a non awareness authentication method, requiring only the first entry of their account and password, avoiding the process of entering their account and password again after starting up, making it easy for users to access the Internet with one authentication.
After accessing the wireless network through SMS authentication, a authentication page will pop up. Visitors can register with their mobile phone number and operate online according to the account password in the received SMS.
QR code authentication is another convenient way for visitors to access the Internet. After accessing the wireless network, visitors can obtain a QR code prompt, and can access the network with the authorization of the respondent (employee). The visitor's behavior is directly related to the respondent, providing better security.
Flexible device management mode
● Flexible switching between fat and thin modes
AP-KJ380-Y supports flexible switching between Fat and Fit modes, enabling zero configuration installation and usage in Fit mode, while improved remote management greatly improves the efficiency of wireless network operation and maintenance management.
● Web interface management
AP-KJ380-Y provides a Web management interface for AC and AP, which not only makes it easy to manage wireless configuration, but also enables the overall operation of the wireless network. Through the Web interface of AC, it is not only possible to manage the AP but also manage the users connected to the AP. It can limit the speed of users and restrict their access to the network, and other behaviors, facilitating the planning and operation and maintenance of wireless by operation and maintenance personnel.
● Linkage with network management software
AP-KJ380-Y can be linked with the Anpson network management software RG-SNC, which can manage all wireless controllers and wireless APs in the network, including configuration backup of devices, query of device status, and provide wireless thermal maps to display the distribution status of wireless APs in the actual environment.
