Anpson Brings Liquid Cooling Switch to the Liquid Cooling Forum

On July 16th, the 2020 Immersion Liquid Cooling Intelligent Computing Industry Development Summit Forum was solemnly opened in Quzhou City. This forum was guided by the Open Data Center Committee (ODCC) and hosted by the Immersion Liquid Cooling Intelligent Computing Industry Development Forum, aiming to showcase the achievements of the Immersion Liquid Cooling Data Center and promote the standardization process of China's immersed liquid cooling infrastructure. As a promoter of commercial submerged liquid cooled switch technology, Anpson has been actively engaged in the research and development, production, and technology sharing of liquid cooled switches. This time, Anpson was also invited to participate in and exhibit two commercial submerged liquid cooled switches, namely, 32 port 100G data center access switches and 48 port 1G management network switches. The two switches on display this time are all 21 inches wide and adopt a layout design with redundant modular power supplies and service ports all in front, facilitating maintenance work installed behind the Tank box. The material and components of the equipment are compatible with the mainstream single-phase electronic coolant on the market. The rear end is designed with a large area pluggable ABS+PC placeholder module with grooves, which can greatly save the amount of electronic coolant while increasing the equipment's own counterweight and balancing the buoyancy brought by the liquid. These two commercial immersed liquid cooled exchangers have been put into large-scale application and have received unanimous recognition from customers. Starting in 2019, Anpson developed and delivered immersive liquid cooled data center switches, creating a landmark immersive liquid cooled cooling solution in the industry, helping customers continue to reduce costs and increase efficiency on the business side. With the increase in cloud computing and big data services, the demand for high computing power in Internet enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent. However, at the same time, the total energy consumption of data centers is increasing, and the energy utilization efficiency is far lower than the national policy requirements; The cooling capacity of the air-cooled system approaches the limit and cannot meet the cooling requirements of higher level chips. Liquid cooled cooling can reduce heat dissipation energy consumption by nearly 90% and overall energy consumption of data centers by nearly 33%, largely addressing the green compliance requirements of data centers. Therefore, liquid cooling technology is gradually becoming an important cooling scheme for high computing power construction. At the same time, the efficiency of liquid cooled heat dissipation is much higher than that of air cooled heat dissipation. The widespread use of liquid cooled heat dissipation can release the complete performance of the chip and help further improve computing power. Liquid cooling and heat dissipation is a solution given by Anpson with high computational power. Building a next-generation data center with high computing power is only one of the important steps in adopting immersion liquid cooled switches.
